If you'd like to be picked up from Customs international by our taxi driver, note that his waiting time will be accounted for as part of the pre-order service.
Items in the receipt:
The cost of taxi fare (distance + time + extras) ✔
The cost of the driver's waiting time at Customs international. Charged at 41.6 CFP per minute. ✔
The cost of the parking ticket for the vehicle will be accounted for as well. ✔

HAIL A TAXI FROM THE AIRPORT
HOW-TO GET TO THE AIRPORT TAXI STATION?
⚠: We'd like to inform our valued foreign customers that a taxi line is available at the airport. It is located near the custom's exit area and it is open 24 hours a day. To find it, follow the map's intructions above. When you arrive at the head of the line, take the first one going.
There are few utilities available to you inside the airport:
A Change booth if you need to swap currencies.
A luggage-locker room for temporary bagage storage (Visa needed to register).
Two ATMs or cash machines.
Prepaid sim cards are available for purchase ( if in-stock) at the "Café Maeva" and the "Tahiti-Wifi" tech store (data, calls and texts.)

Taxis only accept preorders locally not from abraod. If you find yourself in that situation, we recommend you to head over to the Taxi line of the Airport and catch the next one to come. Thank you.

Tardiness
⚠ In case client is late for the ride appointment, the taximeter will be turned on 5 minutes past the pick-up time.
Airport pick-ups
⚠ The taximeter will be turned on:
10 minutes after landing of your international flight.
5 minutes after landing of your inter-island flight.
Luggage count
⚠ In regards to the luggage count, the driver will double-check the count before departure.
Provisional price
⚠ At the time of registration, we will keep in touch with you to inform you of a provisional price for the service.
⚠ Preordered price: Unfortunately, we do not offer preordered price. Just a provisional one for the moment. Final price will be published by the taximeter at the end of the journey and will be final.
Customer support
⚠ Point of origin and point of destination
Due to civil liability for the passenger and his luggages, customer support will take effect at the start of the journey meaning when the customer and his luggages have entered the vehicle. The journey ends when the customer and his luggages have left the vehicle together.
The Meter:
The meter will be turned on when customer support takes effect and will be swtiched off when ending it.
Our Booking System
After your registration, we will keep in touch with you to validate your existing informations. At the same time, you will be forwarded a provisional price for the journey. With your consent, the booking will then be confirmed.
⚠ Request response time
Our response time may vary depending on the availability of the chauffeur. Feel free to leave us a message. We'll get back to you asap.
Rogue request
⚠ If client remains silent after registering himself due to lack of communication or else, we keep the right to put on hold his request if not, we'll release the space for someone else that might need it.

Cancellation policy
✔ Free to schedule, reschedule or cancel. No fees incurred.
Refund policy
⚠: Once payment has been made, it is non-refundable.
Covid related infos
⚠: All sanitary restrictions related to COVID have been lifted by the local authorities as of March 2022. No obligations related to COVID required any more.

Due to hardship finding certain private properties, we will stress on you providing us the following informations:
A GPS position ( from Google Maps or similar...)
A screenshot of an online map (Google maps or similar)
Instructions or map describing the path to the property.
The local phone number of the owner would be appreciated.
