HOW-TO GET TO THE AIRPORT TAXI STATION?

⚠: We'd like to inform our valued foreign customers that a taxi line is available at the airport. It is located near the custom's exit area and it is open 24 hours a day. To find it, follow the map's intructions above. When you arrive at the head of the line, take the first one going.

Taxis only accept preorders locally not from abraod. If you find yourself in that situation, we recommend you to head over to the Taxi line of the Airport and catch the next one to come. Thank you.

In case client is late for the ride appointment, the taximeter will be turned on 5 minutes past the pick-up time.

Luggage count

In regards to the luggage count, the driver will double-check the count before departure.

Provisional price

At the time of registration, we will keep in touch with you to inform you of a provisional price for the service. 

Preordered price: Unfortunately, we do not offer preordered price. Just a provisional one for the moment. Final price will be published by the taximeter at the end of the journey and will be final.

Customer support

Point of origin and point of destination

Due to civil liability for the passenger and his luggages, customer support will take effect at the start of the journey meaning when the customer and his luggages have entered the vehicle. The journey ends when the customer and his luggages have left the vehicle together. 

The Meter:

The meter will be turned on when customer support takes effect and will be swtiched off when ending it.

Our Booking System

After your registration, we will keep in touch with you to validate your existing informations. At the same time, you will be forwarded a provisional price for the journey. With your consent, the booking will then be confirmed.

Request response time 

Our response time may vary depending on the availability of the chauffeur. Feel free to leave us a message. We'll get back to you asap.

Rogue request

If client remains silent after registering himself due to lack of communication or else, we keep the right to put on hold his request if not, we'll release the space for someone else that might need it.

Cancellation policy

Free to schedule, reschedule or cancel. No fees incurred.

Refund policy

: Once payment has been made, it is non-refundable.

: All sanitary restrictions related to COVID have been lifted by the local authorities as of March 2022. No obligations related to COVID required any more.
